However, normally each tour consists of between 6 and 8 stops at places of interest and lasts between 2 and 3 hours, with distances to cover between 2 and 4 kilometers.

Yes, each pass has an expiration date that will be specified at the time of purchase. Typically, our passes are valid for 365 days.

What happens if I need to cancel my participation in a tour?
If you must cancel a guided tour, simply send a request to the official agent where you made your reservation or you can email cancellations@urbanescapetours.com at least 48 hours in advance so we can process a full refund. Remember to check our cancellation policy for more details.

How can I request a refund for a premium subscription or self-guided tour?
To request a refund, send your request to support@urbanescapetours.com indicating the reason for the refund. Preferably do so within 14 days of purchase.

What happens if I arrive late and miss the tour?
We strongly recommend that you arrive early for your scheduled tour. We will wait a maximum of 10 minutes before starting. If you arrive late, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss possible solutions.
