Introduction
Welcome to FlirGO! By using our application, participating in our tours or interacting with our community, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. This document describes the terms under which our services are provided and is designed to ensure a clear understanding of mutual obligations and rights.
Covered Services
FlirGO offers comprehensive urban adventure experiences, including guided and self-guided tours with viewing challenges. Using our mobile app, FlirGO, users can participate in a gamified exploration of a city, downloading the app is a necessity to participate. Our services aim to offer an engaging way to travel, connect and socialize within an active community of travelers.
It is established that the company Urban Escape Tours SL is governed by Law 34/2002, of July 11, on information society services and electronic commerce (LSSI). This law covers aspects such as electronic commerce, distance communication, the use of cookies, among others. In addition, Urban Escape Tours SL also adheres to Royal Decree-Law 23/2018, of December 21, transposing directives on trademarks.
Therefore, by hiring the services of Urban Escape Tours SL, the client accepts and acknowledges that they are subject to these laws and regulations. For any dispute or claim, these regulations will apply.
The tours contracted from Urban Escape Tours SL consist of a series of challenges designed to immerse travelers in the local culture. If you opt for one of our guided tours, a certified guide who speaks Spanish and English will accompany participants throughout the tour. If you prefer one of our self-guided tours, you can enjoy the experience at your own pace using the FlirGO app, available for download on Google Play and the App Store.
It is important to note that the pass purchased for our tours does not include tickets to monuments, museums, exhibitions, gardens and other places of interest, unless expressly indicated in the tour description.
If a visiting location offers free entry, customers will be able to enter at no additional cost. However, if entry to these places entails a cost, it will be the client's responsibility to cover said expense. Please be sure to read the tour description carefully to find out exactly what is covered with your pass purchase.
Reservations and Payments
Reservations for our tours must be made through one of our official partners, at least 2 hours in advance. Reservation confirmation will be made upon receipt of full payment. Payments can be made through our secure partner-managed website, or through other platforms associated with Urban Escape Tours.
We urge our clients to arrive on time for their tour. Although we offer a 10-minute grace period, if the client arrives later, the tour will begin without their participation and they will not be eligible for a refund. Please be sure to arrive on time to ensure a pleasant experience for all tour participants.
Cancellation policy
If you wish to cancel a Guided Tour, you must request it through our official partner where you processed the reservation, however you can always send us written notification to support@urbanescapetours.com at least 24 hours in advance. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 24 hours prior to the start of the tour.
Urban Escape Tours reserves the right to cancel any tour due to adverse weather conditions that may compromise the safety of participants or prevent the proper completion of the tour. In the event that Urban Escape Tours cancels the tour, clients will have the option to reschedule it for a later date without additional costs, or receive a full refund of the price paid for the tour. It is important to note that decisions regarding cancellations due to weather conditions are made exclusively by Urban Escape Tours, and are based on safety and tour viability criteria.
Refund Policy for Subscriptions
At Urban Escape Tours SL, user satisfaction is paramount and we strive to provide an unparalleled experience. However, we are aware that circumstances may arise where a refund may be considered. For example, if you have purchased a subscription offer, you have the right to request a refund within fourteen days from the date of the transaction, thus exercising your right of withdrawal.
If you believe your situation fits a valid exception for a refund under our policies, please submit your request to support@urbanescapetours.com. Please be sure to include all relevant details to help us understand your request.
User obligations
FlirGO users are expected to:
- Accept geolocation permissions for an enhanced tour experience. Behave respectfully and responsibly within the FlirGO community. Please accept these Terms and Conditions and follow the rules of the application and use its features as intended. Consent to receive promotional messages and updates related to the FlirGO service.
Legal Requirements and Disclaimers
Our company strives to provide a safe and enjoyable experience, but is not responsible for incidents that occur during tours. Users accept our privacy policy and acknowledge that their data will be processed as described.
We expect users to respect the intellectual property rights contained in the FlirGO application. Users must comply with our cancellation and refund policy when purchasing services. The relationship between FlirGO and its partners is subject to agreed responsibilities and roles.
Additionally, users must meet minimum age requirements to participate. These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union.
Urban Escape Tours SL assumes no liability for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including, but not limited to, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill or other intangible losses, resulting from:
- Your access, use or inability to access or use the service; Any attitude or content of third parties on the service, including, without limitation, any defamatory, offensive or illegal conduct of other users or third parties; Any content obtained from the service; Unauthorized access , use or alteration of your transmissions or content.
Under no circumstances shall Urban Escape Tours SL be fully liable to you for all claims, damages, losses and legal and equitable causes of action (whether in contract, tort (including, without limitation, negligence), breach of warranty or other reasons). ) will exceed the amount you have paid, if any, to access or use the service, or one hundred euros (€100), if you have not made any payment.

As part of the FlirGO community, users have the right to:

Access the extensive features and services available through the FlirGO app. Fully participate in the gamified adventure experience, aiming for the highest scores on individual and tour-wide leaderboards. Receive dedicated support and assistance for any issues related to using FlirGO services.

At FlirGo, we provide several features to enrich your experience:
Finding Friends and Sending Friend Requests: By confirming a friend request, you will have the opportunity to exchange messages via chat and start group tours with observation challenges.
Service Modification and Termination
We are always looking for ways to improve Urban Escape Tours SL, and add features that are attractive and useful. This means that we can add new features or improvements at any time, as well as remove, adapt or change some existing features. We may even suspend the Service entirely, in which case we will inform you in advance unless extenuating circumstances, such as security concerns, prevent us from doing so.
You can cancel your account at any time by following the instructions under "Settings" in the Service. However, you will need to manage your purchases within the app to avoid additional charges. Urban Escape Tours SL may terminate your account at any time and without notice if it is determined that you have violated this Agreement. After this termination, you will not have the right to a refund for purchases made. Once your account is terminated, this Agreement will terminate.
Security and Your Interactions with Other Users
We do not tolerate inappropriate content or abusive behavior at Urban Escape Tours SL. While we strive to promote a respectful user experience, we are not responsible for the behavior of any user on or off the Service. If you find offensive or inappropriate content, you must report it and Urban Escape Tours SL will remove it within 24 hours. If you experience harassment or receive recurring messages from an abusive user, you must report them, block them, and action will be taken to remove them.
You should proceed with caution in all your interactions with other users, especially if you decide to communicate outside of the Service or meet them in person. Additionally, you agree to review and follow Urban Escape Tours' Safety Recommendations before using the Service. You agree not to share your financial information (such as your credit card or bank account information), or transfer or send money to other users.
You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users. You understand that Urban Escape Tours SL does not conduct criminal background checks on its users or otherwise investigate their backgrounds. Urban Escape Tours SL makes no representations or guarantees regarding the conduct of its users.
Urban Escape Tours SL reserves the right to conduct criminal background checks and other checks using available public records.
License and Use of FlirGO Services
FlirGo®, property of Urban Escape Tours SL, grants you a personal, worldwide, royalty-free, non-transferable, non-exclusive and revocable license to access and enjoy our services. This license is intended solely to enable you to benefit from our services as intended and permitted by FlirGo® and this Agreement. Therefore, you agree to:
- Refrain from using the service or any content thereof for commercial purposes without our express written consent. Do not copy, modify, transmit, create derivative works, use or reproduce in any way copyrighted material, images, trademarks, names trademarks, service marks or other intellectual property, content or information accessible through the service without the prior written consent of Urban Escape Tours SL. Avoid suggesting or implying that your statements are endorsed by Urban Escape Tours SL. Do not use any robots, bot, spider, search engine, scraper, site search or retrieval application, proxy or other manual or automatic device, method or process to access, retrieve, index, "data mine", or in any way reproduce or circumvent the structure of navigation or presentation of the service or its content.Do not interfere with, interrupt or adversely affect the service or the servers or networks connected to the service.Do not upload viruses or other malicious code or compromise the security of the service.Do not forge headers or manipulate identifiers to disguise the origin of any information transmitted through the service.Refrain from "framing" or "mirroring" any part of the service, without the prior written authorization of Urban Escape Tours SL.Do not use meta tags or code or other devices that contain any reference to Urban Escape Tours SL or the service to direct any person to any other site for any purpose. Do not modify, adapt, sublicense, translate, sell, decompile, decipher or disassemble any part of the service, nor cause others to do so. Do not use or develop any third party application that interacts with the service or the content or information of other users without our written consent. Do not use, access or publish the application programming interface of Urban Escape Tours SL without our written consent. Do not poll, scan or test the vulnerability of our service or any system or network.
Urban Escape Tours SL reserves the right to investigate and take legal action in response to illegal and/or unauthorized use of the service, including termination of your account.
Any software we provide may automatically download and install updates, upgrades, or other new features.
Rights You Grant to Urban Escape Tours SL
By establishing an account, you provide Urban Escape Tours SL a license to use screenshots from the service that contain your content. Additionally, to allow Urban Escape Tours SL to prevent unauthorized use of your content outside of the service, you grant Urban Escape Tours SL permission to act on your behalf with respect to the violation of the use of your content obtained from the service by other users. or third parties. You understand and agree that we may monitor or review any content you post as part of the Service.
We reserve the right to remove any content, in whole or in part, that, in our judgment, violates this agreement or that may harm the reputation of the service.
When you communicate with our customer service team, you agree to be courteous and respectful. If we find your behavior towards any of our customer service representatives or other employees to be threatening or offensive, we reserve the right to terminate your account immediately.
In exchange for allowing you to use the Service, you agree that we, our affiliates, and our third-party partners may insert advertising into the Service.
By sending suggestions or comments to Urban Escape Tours SL about our service, you agree that Urban Escape Tours SL may use and share such suggestions for any purpose without compensating you.
You agree that Urban Escape Tours SL may access, preserve and disclose your account information and content if required by law or if we in good faith believe that such access, preservation or disclosure is reasonably necessary to:

Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union.
